Thorough, Honest, Reliable, Smart

Noriko really trains and supervises her crew. I was worried when her business grew and she couldn't do it all herself anymore, as her level of fantastic ability usually doesn't scale well when a businesses grows. It has been a year now, and I'm amazed by the great job that is done EVERY time. She often shows up after the crew is finished to inspect for herself. She is immaculate, and a very smart businesswoman. She is not the cheapest in town, but very reasonable, and you don't have the problems that typically accompany the 'cheap' cleaners. I have also used a larger corporate cleaning company in town, which was more expensive and less consistent than Noriko’s crew.

I just had to send a note and let you know how pleased we are with the girls that come and do our cleaning.  The two girls that were here today are wonderful.  They consistently do a thorough job whether you are here supervising or not.  Additionally, they always come with a smile on their face and never fail to ask about how we are.  They really deserve to be commended on their hard work and customer service.  It really is a pleasure to have them in our home.  A friend commented recently on how she has to lock up her valuables before her cleaning service comes.  I was shocked.  It never would have occurred to me that I had to worry about that with the quality of staff you provide.

Noriko has been cleaning my home every other week for months now. She is very reliable, timely, and gets right to the job at hand. I have had several others perform these services in the past but none come close to her ability to do the job right. In addition, she always notifies you well in advance if she needs a schedule change. Finally, she has a charming personality and is easy to communicate with. 5 stars in my book!!
